A new address and Stickfront's look
The game moves to its own address, tower-defense.stickwars.dev, and its menus take the same look as Stickfront's.
- New address: tower-defense.stickwars.dev. Opening the old one, stickwars.dev/tower-defense/, brings your saves along.
- The title screen, Settings and Licenses look as they do in Stickfront; language and theme are set in Settings.
- No ruled paper behind the menus and the maps any more: every map is drawn on a plain light ground with a tint of its land.
- Full screen from the title screen and Settings in a computer's browser.

Chapter 3: Ash, and the Blot flood
The ink runs inland to the volcano, where somebody has lit Captain Ember's old Furnace. And on the Endless maps the blots now come at night.
- Chapter 3, Ash: six new maps from the ash plain to the foundry, with their story.
- A new hero, Captain Ember: a flamethrower whose Firestorm leaves three pools of fire along the road.
- Two new troop cards: the Shieldbearer, who holds two enemies and shrugs off bullets, and the Sniper, who picks the strongest enemy in reach.
- A third boss, Ember's Furnace, which hunts defenses and sends runners, then bloaters.
- The Splitter, a blot that bursts into two Blotlings when it falls, in chapter 3, Endless and the Blot flood.
- 2-4, Lighthouse point, is a little kinder: a stronger castle, and fewer armored cars and flyers in its later waves.
- Endless and the Daily siege ease in more gently: the first waves grow slower and heavy kinds are rarer early on, while the late waves are as hard as before.
- The Blot flood, a new mode on the Endless maps: blots only, and only at night, when every defense outside a light loses reach. Its own searchlight and flare light the way, and your best night has a leaderboard of its own.
